- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I will not be making any more purchases from H s..... l As i recieved a watch for xmas the strap fell apart i took it in to be fixed and was told i must of caught it on sumthing this was not the case. I asked if they cud fix strap an was told watch wud be sent away and i wud have to pay for its repair. As the watch cost my wife £100.. and is only 3 months old i disagree wid this decision and feel as the strap shud be under guarantte .By Admin, January 25, 2019
